Product Purchase
By purchasing our products, you agree to comply with these Terms. Our products are for personal use only and may not be shared or distributed.
Services
The Company provides tailored workout programs based on the customers’ needs/requirements. Customers enter our website and engage with an automated question/response. Following the completion of which, the customer will be asked to checkout, following a successful checkout, they receive their tailored workout program based on factors including but not limited to; the answers to the questions provided (their gym goal and the number of days they can go to the gym per week), among others. It is a one-time payment. This is the only product/service we currently offer.
Intellectual Property
The workout program provided by the Company is the intellectual property of the Company. The intended usage is for the customer individually, and the workout program should not be shared to anyone else, online or otherwise. Legal action can and will be taken if this agreement, and the subsequent intellectual property of the company, is violated.
Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable to the customer for any indirect, consequential or special loss or damage, or for any loss of profits, revenue, contracts, data, goodwill or business, whether in an action in contract, negligence or any other tortious action, arising out of or in connection with the use of our website, services or any content we provide.
Furthermore, our total liability to the customer in relation to any claim or series of claims shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer to us in relation to the relevant service(s) in the 12 months preceding the date of the most recent claim.
These limitations of liability shall apply even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage, and regardless of whether the claim arises in contract, negligence or any other tortious action.
Payment
Customers must pay in full for the workout program at the time of purchase. The Company accepts payment via the website checkout system(s) only. Prices for the workout program are subject to change without notice.
Refunds
The Company offers a 14-day refund policy, provided that the workout program has not been shared, distributed or posted online by the customer. If the customer has shared, distributed or posted online the workout program, no refund will be provided.
Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and deny access to the website and services to any user who violates these Terms and Conditions.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
